Password recovery

You can recover a password online Recovering your password allows you to view account information and activities only. If you have received permission to perform transactions with other accounts, you must recover your password in person at one of the bank branches.

If you do not have a Bank of Jerusalem credit card, you can continue to restore your password by pressing the "Continue" button, however, please note that this way of password recovery will allow you to only view the information. We recommend that you update your mobile phone number at our Call Center or at the branch, in order to be able to enjoy advanced digital banking services.
